Build your ever lasting vacation memories in a unique marina property, with a community pool, minutes away from the beach.

Special Moments is a 2 story home with a fully finished basement in South Haven, MI. The property has 5 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 baths with a dual zone HVAC. It's a brand new construction home on a premium lot next to a pond. This is an exquisite personal home, delicately designed for special vacations, being available to rent for the first time in summer 2023.

Bedrooms

Uniquely designed bedrooms bring back the memories from the stories you treasure. It's a soft and comforting place to rest and sleep after a fun day of summer. 1 King, 2 Queen, 2 Full and 4 Twin beds are all equipped with deep gel memory foam mattresses and Sealy pillows.

Kitchen

Fully stocked with high-end cookware, crystal wine glasses, fine china dinnerware, Nespresso, Keurig, commercial waffle maker, kids plates... But most importantly, it's a place where family and friends can gather to have that memorable summer dinner together.

Outdoor

Sit in the over-sized cushion chairs, sip a glass of wine, watch the dusk settle in. Sit in the front porch with a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning sun. Or go for a walk holding hands and watch the turtles in the pond. Large BBQ grill and sunbrella will create the perfect afternoon gathering experience.

Amenities

Enjoy the community pool by the marina, rent a boat, bike, or golf carts. Watch a movie if it rains, or play a board game. Enjoy watching a sport game on the large screen TV. There is a private office like setup with a large monitor for you to make the quick check-in for your work. But the beach and the downtown are just a few minutes away. (Additional indoor/outdoor all season community pool coming fall of 2023.)

What a setup! Between the sun-room couches and the dinner table, you don't need anything else. The vacation family time is right here.

It's perfect! Sitting out, grilling, and having dinner in the great kitchen! Brand new home and furniture, it's so clean. And of course the coffee bar and the office. Do I need to say anymore? Everything was thought through.

Story

South Haven memories....

Living in downtown Chicago, I fell in love the first night I slept in South Haven, at my friend's cottage. I treasure all the memories and moments I had with a group of wonderful friends. It's a special place with everlasting memories.

I enjoyed the magical summer nights, the stars, the sunsets, beaches, the sail boats, farmer's market... But what I treasure the most are the friends, family, gatherings, conversations around the dinner table with glasses of wine and wonderful food.

I hope you fall in love, too. Perhaps less so with things, but with the special moments.
